Each piece takes 4 to 6 weeks, from sketch to delivery. Some take longer, depending on complexity and materials.

Some ideas don't fit into existing collections. When someone brings me theirs, I listen until I know how it sounds. Then I make it, a one-of-a-kind piece, in sterling silver.
Four steps, no rush.

Conversation
We set up a conversation, in person at the atelier or by message. Tell me the idea, the why, the tone of the piece.

Sketch
I draw a sketch with everything we agreed on. We go back as many times as needed, until it's right.

Approval
When the sketch is ready, we confirm the materials, the timeline, and the investment. Only then do I start making it.

Atelier
I make the piece by hand, in Vila Nova de Gaia. Receive it packaged, with the story inside.

How many revisions are included in the sketch?
There's no limit to revisions during the sketch phase. I only start making the piece once you approve the final sketch.

What if I don't like the sketch?
If none of the sketches feel right, we stop. There's no commitment until you approve the piece.

Can I ask for other materials?
I mostly work in sterling silver 925, with optional 24K gold plating. For projects with stones, solid gold, or other materials, tell me the idea: I'll see if it's possible and reply during the sketch phase.

How does payment work?
Once you approve the sketch and the price, I ask for half to start the piece. The other half is paid on delivery.

Can I return a bespoke piece?
Bespoke pieces are unique and built around your idea, so they can't be returned. For that reason, during the sketch phase we revise as much as needed until the sketch is exactly how you want it. Only then do I start making the piece.

Do you ship outside Portugal?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is at the customer's expense. We agree on the best shipping method for your address.

Can I use an old piece as a reference?
Of course. Bringing in a family piece, a photograph, or a sketch helps a lot to understand what you're looking for. We never alter the original piece without your agreement.
