Sterling silver
Take it off before showering, swimming, the pool, or exercising: soaps and shampoos speed up oxidation. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear. For a deeper clean, use a silver polishing cloth.
Gold-plated silver (24K gold plating)
Apply perfumes, creams, and sunscreen before putting on the piece and let your skin dry. Take it off before washing your hands, showering, swimming, or exercising.
Store each piece separately, in a dry place. Avoid sleeping in your jewellery.
